Изображение богини. Высота 14 см. Прекрасное состояние. Украшение любой коллекции. Этот тип фигуры имеет тесные параллели с мраморной Korai на Афинском Акрополе.

Greek terracotta maiden (kore). The young woman stands frontally on a low plinth, her right arm bent across her body at the waist and her left lowered, the hand grasping her garment. She wears a high polos atop her long wavy hair and is dressed in a chiton with a long overfold and a himation that falls from her right shoulder, passes under her left arm, and terminates in three swallow-tail folds around the waist and hips. The maiden's right hand is bored, for the insertion of an attribute. This type of figure has close parallels with the marble korai on the Acropolis.
