2nd Century AD A tall, slender vessel with flared flat foot. Beautiful pearly blue, green and gold iridescence. This type of vessel was most suited for dispensing liquids, oils, and powders, perhaps including perfumed oils, ointments, balsam, jasmine, kohl, honey, mastic, incense and scent powders. Little repair of upper lip. H. 6 1/4" (15.9 cm)
